Is there a setup fee?

Basic has no setup fee. Premium has a one-time setup fee of AED 499, paid once. After that there are no monthly fees and no hidden fees — you only pay per successful transaction.

What's the difference between the two plans?

Both plans include the full platform. Premium gives you lower transaction rates, free bank payouts, multiple stores and priority support.

When and how do I get paid?

Payments settle in AED directly to your UAE bank account — twice weekly on both plans.

How many stores can I connect?

Basic includes 1 store. Premium supports multiple stores, each with its own webhook.

How do I sign up?

Create your account and complete KYC. Once your account is approved, choose your plan from your dashboard and sign the YallaPay agreement — on Premium, you also pay the one-time setup fee there. We then switch on payments and you're ready to go.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can move from Basic to Premium from your dashboard at any time by paying the Premium setup fee.

Do prices include VAT?

No — all prices shown are exclusive of 5% VAT.
